Stunning Coastal Charmer Near Downtown and Beach

Positive: Location Negative: Kitchen and bathroom faucets need to be fixed. Also washer and dryer did not allow for adjustments in temperature.

Positive: Everything was just as expected.

We have rented numerous houses over the years, this house just lacked upkeep and welcoming appearanc Positive: Location. sufficient bedrooms for privacy for family coming from different needs. House keeper had things neat, dusted and extra towels drying in the dryer. Clean refrigerator, dishwasher. Negative: Windows (external) were extremely filthy Cockroaches seen in kitchen and bunk room (one time each location on different days) full bathroom electric outlet wouldn’t accept a plug for use. Electric outlet in master bedroom doesn’t have a cover. Sheer curtains in living room didn’t block afternoon sun so the tv couldn’t be seen. Second tv in bunk room not suited or comfortable for the 5 of us to watch. The kitchen faucet could easily be left on. Kitchen sink area needs caulking refreshed. Debris (sticks, pine straw) at the street end of the side walk makes access impossible (one family member uses a walker and cutting across the lawn to access the house was possible but challenging). Front and back yard looked messy like no one cared. Front exterior of house was dirty not welcoming.

Positive: I like the house and it's location. Great hosts. Everything was awesome. I will be booking that property again

Listing is misleading and the house is not meant to be for 8 people with 1.5 bathrooms Positive: Location is in between River walk and Tybee island Negative: Our 3 day stay was bit disappointed due to the inconveniences caused by the below issues: - Property was listed as 2 bathrooms for 8 people but ended up to be 1.5 having only one shower without a vent exhaust fan in either of the bathrooms - Appliances are barely working, dishwasher spilling out condensation while running, washer and dryer settings not working with selection knobs coming out - Unstable bunk beds with shaking beds when person laying on the top bed moves forcing one person to transfer the mattress on the floor and sleep on it - For 8 people, not enough glasses, plates, silverware and had to be washed before the use
