Pay attention to what you advertise. Stop the False adertisement.. owner sad he had reported the Positive: Advertised as 4 bedroom & 2 bathrooms. It was 1 1/2 , other had tub w/ shower and No handrails. One in party has Parkinson which made it very difficult. A lot of equipment was broken such as dryer cycles washer dispenser a mess hair dryer Didn't work electric outlets were broken and would just pull out of wall. Bedskirt hung on floor and had been walked on and stained with dirt and blood. G Lawn was not mowed front steps was covered with debrie, sand, pi e straw. Blind in bathroom was mold/ mildew..windows were filthy and hadn't been cleaned it what appeared as years bedroom rug was filthy dirty and faded No terrace as advertised only 2 chairs in lawn someone added 2 more. . BOOKING SHOULD NEVER HAVE ADVERTISED THIS HOME AS 2 BATHROOMS NOR AS A STUNNING COASTAL HOME. WE WERE STUNNED BUT IN A BAD WAY. BOOKING SHOULD REFUND US AND STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING. WE SPENT HOURS JUST CLEANING. WASHER/DRYER HAS DUST ALL round the sidewalk by ductwork. Dust thick behind furniture over doorways. Feel free to call me if need proof we have pictures. Negative: Stated that previously. Water pressure was extremely low. Owner stated he reported to that the house had only 1 1/2 baths. May not book through booking anymore .

Positive: Location Negative: Kitchen and bathroom faucets need to be fixed. Also washer and dryer did not allow for adjustments in temperature.

We have rented numerous houses over the years, this house just lacked upkeep and welcoming appearanc Positive: Location. sufficient bedrooms for privacy for family coming from different needs. House keeper had things neat, dusted and extra towels drying in the dryer. Clean refrigerator, dishwasher. Negative: Windows (external) were extremely filthy Cockroaches seen in kitchen and bunk room (one time each location on different days) full bathroom electric outlet wouldn’t accept a plug for use. Electric outlet in master bedroom doesn’t have a cover. Sheer curtains in living room didn’t block afternoon sun so the tv couldn’t be seen. Second tv in bunk room not suited or comfortable for the 5 of us to watch. The kitchen faucet could easily be left on. Kitchen sink area needs caulking refreshed. Debris (sticks, pine straw) at the street end of the side walk makes access impossible (one family member uses a walker and cutting across the lawn to access the house was possible but challenging). Front and back yard looked messy like no one cared. Front exterior of house was dirty not welcoming.
